The incidence of neurotrophic tyrosine kinase receptor (NTRK) fusion uterine sarcoma is extremely low, and reports have been mostly focused on cases localized to the cervix. So far, only 4 cases have been reported of the uterine corpus. In this study, we reported a case of NTRK fusion corpus sarcoma.

We describe a protocol to amplify DNA barcodes of known and unknown taxa of Phytophthora and related plant pathogenic oomycetes from a range of environments. The methods focus on sampling pathogen propagules from water using in situ sampling and filtration equipment and buffers that enable efficient storage and DNA extraction for later downstream processing.

This study aimed to investigate the expression, prognostic significance, methylation, and immune invasion levels of secreted frizzled-related proteins (SFRP1-5) in colorectal cancer (CRC). Additionally, the relationship between SFRP1/2 methylation and immune infiltration in CRC was explored. This study evaluated the gut microbiota and meat quality traits in 11 healthy female cattle from the Huaral region of Peru, including 5 Angus, 3 Braunvieh, and 3 F1 Simmental × Braunvieh. All cattle were 18 months old and maintained on a consistent lifelong diet. Meat quality traits, including loin area, fat thickness, muscle depth, and marbling, were assessed in vivo using ultrasonography.
