Post-transplant lymphoproliferative disorder (PTLD) is a rare complication following hematopoietic stem cell transplantation (HSCT), with its occurrence post-autologous hematopoietic stem cell transplantation (auto-HSCT) being even rarer. Research on PTLD following auto-HSCT is exceedingly scarce. Here, we present a noteworthy instance wherein a patient with diffuse large B-cell lymphoma (DLBCL) developed PTLD, manifesting as classical Hodgkin lymphoma (cHL) two years after auto-HSCT.

We report an interesting case of an elderly male patient with splenic marginal zone lymphoma with a monoclonal cluster of differentiation (CD)5+ B cells. The patient developed signs of renal injury and was evaluated via serum protein electrophoresis and immunofixation electrophoresis, which revealed monoclonal gammopathy with elevated free lambda light chain. However, a bone biopsy ruled out a diagnosis of multiple myeloma.

An 11-year-old spayed female domestic short-haired cat presented with a 3-month history of mucopurulent vaginal discharge, lethargy, acute vomiting and constipation. Physical examination revealed vulvar swelling, purulent discharge and a mass in the mid-caudal abdomen.
