Objectives: Limping is a frequent reason for visits to emergency departments. The causes of limping in children are various, ranging from benign musculoskeletal problems to serious etiologies, such as malignancy and infections.
Methods: In this recent cross-sectional study, we evaluated the causes of limps in children referred to the pediatric rheumatology ward in northeast Iran.

Purpose: (1) to investigate the consecutive changes in hip muscle volume in patients with femoroacetabular impingement syndrome (FAIS) during the initial postoperative period, and (2) to determine the potential effect of the early changes in hip muscle volume on clinical outcomes.
Methods: Data between March 2021 and March 2022 was reviewed. Patients diagnosed with FAIS based on clinical symptoms and radiographic findings, and undergoing hip arthroscopic treatment were included.

MR-guided focused ultrasound (MRgFUS) has a wide range of musculoskeletal applications. Some indications are well validated, specifically the treatment of painful osseous metastases and osteoid osteoma. Others are only beginning to be studied, such as the treatment of painful facet, sacroiliac, and knee joints.

A 15-year-old male patient presented with a 3-week history of inner left thigh pain provoked by activity and experienced occasionally at rest. The patient denied nighttime pain, fever, or chills. Laboratory investigation revealed the following normal values: hemoglobin level of 15.
