The results of studies of central and peripheral hemodynamics during surgery performed under combined epidural anesthesia with lidocaine and promedol are presented. The study was performed on 82 children with surgical pathology aged 3 to 14 years. The state of hemodynamics was assessed using integral body plethysmography suggested by M. I. Tishchenko. The results of the studies have shown that surgery performed under epidural anesthesia with lidocaine and promedol was associated with stabilization of basic central and peripheral hemodynamic parameters at baseline level, which indicates that there is an effective anesthesiological protection of a child's body from the operation trauma.

T-cell Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia (T-ALL) is a subtype of acute lymphoblastic leukemia characterized by the proliferation of abnormal T-cell precursors. Nelarabine, a purine analog, has been approved as a targeted therapy for patients with refractory or relapsed T-ALL. This study aims to evaluate the efficacy and safety of Nelarabine, either as monotherapy or in combination with other therapies, in treating T-ALL.

Background: Sleep disturbances are common and distressing among patients with atopic dermatitis (AD), often resulting in a cycle of worsening skin conditions. Among various factors affecting sleep in AD, cervical spine movement has been suggested to influence sleep quality; however, these studies mostly relied on subjective measures. Owing to the lack of objective and quantitative analyses of cervical spine movement, its association with sleep disturbances remains poorly understood.

Scavenging is a widespread feeding strategy involving a diversity of taxa from different trophic levels, from apex predators to obligate scavengers. Scavenger species play a crucial role in ecosystem functioning by removing carcasses, recycling nutrients and preventing disease spread. Understanding the trophic roles of scavenger species can help identify specialized species with unique roles and species that may be more vulnerable to ecological changes.

Currently, there are no large epidemiological studies looking specifically at traumatic visceral AVFs. When traumatic AVFs have been discussed in the literature, it is in the form of case reports or case series and focused on peripheral AVFs.
