A primary T-cell lymphoma of the central nervous system was diagnosed at autopsy in a 73-year-old woman. The course of the illness was made of multiple neurological episodes: hypersomnia, palsies of cranial nerves, aphasia, hemiparesis, epileptic fits during 4 years, with fast recoveries under corticosteroid therapy. Background: The significance of the controlling nutritional status (CONUT) score in predicting the prognostic outcomes of diffuse large B-cell lymphoma (DLBCL) has been widely explored, with conflicting results. Therefore, the present meta-analysis aimed to identify the prognostic significance of the CONUT in DLBCL by aggregating current evidence.
Methods: The Web of Science, PubMed, Embase, CNKI and Cochrane Library databases were searched for articles from inception to October 15, 2024.

Primary central nervous system (CNS) lymphomas account for 1.9-3% of all brain tumors, with the majority being histologically classified as primary large B-cell lymphoma of the CNS (PCNS-LBCL). PCNS-LBCL is characterized by mature germinal center-exit B cells, and most cases of this phenotype are classified as activated B-cell-like phenotype according to gene expression profiling, or as non-germinal center B-cell-like phenotype (non-GCB type) according to Hans's algorithm.

Introduction: Burkitt lymphoma (BL) is a rare and aggressive subtype of non-Hodgkin's lymphoma. Several studies have identified prognostic factors (PFs) for disease progression and mortality among adults with BL. However, there is no consensus on risk stratification based on PFs.

CD7-targeted chimeric antigen receptor-T (CAR-T) cell therapy has shown great promise in the treatment of relapsed/refractory T-cell acute lymphoblastic leukemia (T-ALL). In this study, we reported a case of a 34-year-old male patient with T-ALL who finally developed multi-line drug resistance and refractoriness after multiple lines of high-intensity chemotherapy. After physician evaluation, this patient received allogeneic hematopoietic stem cell transplantation (allo-HSCT).

Salivary cytokines have the potential to serve as biomarkers for evaluating cancer progression and treatment response in specific cancer types. This study explored salivary cytokine profiles in pediatric cancer patients and healthy controls, examining changes during chemotherapy. We conducted a prospective study involving newly diagnosed cancer patients and healthy controls under 19 years old.
