Introduction: Progressing myelodysplastic syndrome (MDS) into acute myeloid leukemia (AML) is an indication for hypomethylating therapy (HMA, 5-Azacytidine (AZA)) and a BCL2 inhibitor (Venetoclax, VEN) for intensive chemotherapy ineligible patients. Mouse models that engraft primary AML samples may further advance VEN + AZA resistance research.
Methods: We generated a set of transplantable murine PDX models from MDS/AML patients who developed resistance to VEN + AZA and compared the differences in hematopoiesis of the PDX models with primary bone marrow samples at the genetic level.

Objective: Research on the inequality of chronic respiratory disease (CRD) is limited, and the association between CRD and all-cause mortality is not well-established. Investigating the distribution of CRD and its associated mortality risks is essential for improving CRD conditions and developing targeted intervention measures. This study aimed to explore the relationship between inequalities in CRD and all-cause mortality in China.

Background: In recent years, researchers have reported crucial advances in the understanding of "Dissociative psychosis" and "Dissociative schizophrenia". While clinical studies in this area have been sustained for well, it remains to be established for some aspects that a clear and valid relationship exists between dissociation, childhood traumatic experiences, and schizophrenia or psychotic spectrum disorders.
Methods: To test such hypotheses, we divided the patients into two groups; the first group consisted of patients with psychotic disorders not otherwise specified (PNOS), and the second group consisted of schizophrenic patients.
