Background And Objective: Stress urinary incontinence (SUI), defined as any involuntary leakage of urine associated with physical activity, remains underdiagnosed and undertreated. This review aims to provide an updated overview of the prevalence, diagnosis, and treatment of SUI in women, drawing upon recent evidence-based literature and clinical guidelines.
Methods: A systematic search of the MEDLINE database was conducted to identify only the most up-to-date and relevant studies published up to February 26, 2024, including the reference ESTER systematic review.

Introduction: Colposuspension has been a well-accepted surgical treatment for stress urinary incontinence (SUI) since 1961. However, there is limited research on predictors of poor outcomes in both laparoscopic colposuspension (LC) and open colposuspension (OC) procedures. This study aimed to identify predictors linked to patient-reported failure after colposuspension.

Introduction And Hypothesis: The objective was to compare the vaginal and laparoscopic approaches with natural tissue vaginal repair of pelvic organ prolapse (POP) in terms of recurrence rate and complete remission rate (CRR) of symptoms.
Materials And Methods: This retrospective cohort study analyzed women who underwent hysterectomy for uterine prolapse at two Italian hospitals between October 2021 and March 2023. Group A included 89 patients who received vaginal hysterectomy and colposuspension (VCH), whereas group B included 58 patients who underwent laparoscopic hysterectomy followed by laparoscopic colposuspension sec Shull (LPSS).
