Chondrosarcoma-like malignant giant cell tumor (GCT) of the rib is an extremely rare and aggressive tumor, particularly in adolescents. This case report describes a 19-year-old female presenting with a GCT of the rib with chondrosarcomatous differentiation, highlighting the challenges posed by its unusual location and pathological complexity. Multidisciplinary diagnostic approaches, including advanced imaging, immunohistochemistry (IHC), and pathology, were essential for confirming the diagnosis.

We report a neonate evaluated for hepatomegaly during hospitalisation and was diagnosed to have hepatoblastoma, an uncommon childhood malignancy. The presence of dysmorphism, macrosomia and congenital heart defect led to the suspicion of congenital overgrowth conditions. The genetic evaluation revealed a pathogenic variant, conclusive of Simpson-Golabi-Behmel syndrome type 1 (SGBS1).

Giant cell tumors are neoplasms that usually occur in the long bones of young adults. They can rarely present in the soft tissue and may display malignant behavior. Giant cell malignancies have previously been reported as tumors primary of the uterus but are exceptionally rare.

Introduction And Importance: Fibroepithelial polyps are benign growths that can occur in various anatomical locations, including the vulva. They typically present as asymptomatic skin tags that progressively increase in size.
Case Presentation: We report the case of a 30-year-old woman, para 3, who presented with a giant fibroepithelial polyp originating from the right labium majora.
Pheochromocytoma (PHEO) currently is considered to be malignant due to metastatic potential. One of the most common familial forms of PHEO is multiple endocrine neoplasia syndrome (MEN) type 2. The penetrance of PHEO in MEN2 syndrome is up to 50% of cases.
