Myocardial Injury after Noncardiac Surgery (MINS) is an increasingly recognized complication that significantly impacts postoperative morbidity and mortality. Characterized by elevated cardiac troponin levels without overt ischemic symptoms, MINS presents a challenge in perioperative care.
