High-quality health systems are key to improving population health outcomes globally. In India, the National Quality Assurance Standards (NQAS) is a certification policy adopted by the government to improve the quality of care in public health facilities. This policy aims to assess public health facilities through a set of comprehensive, pre-defined standards derived from global best practices.

Background: Cancer is a complex set of diseases, and many have decades-long lag times between possible exposure and diagnosis. Environmental exposures, such as per- and poly-fluoroalkyl substances (PFAS) and area-level risk factors (e.g.

Moiré superlattices formed in van der Waals (vdW) bilayers of 2D materials provide an ideal platform for studying previously undescribed physics, including correlated electronic states and moiré excitons, owing to the wide-range tunability of their lattice constants. However, their crystal symmetry is fixed by the monolayer structure, and the lack of a straightforward technique for modulating the symmetry of moiré superlattices has impeded progress in this field. Herein, a simple, room-temperature, ambient method for controlling superlattice symmetry is reported.

Motivated by the similarity of the mathematical structure of Einstein's general relativity in its weak field limit and of Maxwell's theory of electrodynamics it is shown that there are gravitational analogs of the Josephson effect and the quantum Hall effect. These effects can be combined to derive a gravitational analogue of the electric quantum metrological triangle. The gravitational quantum metrological triangle may have applications in metrology and could be used to investigate the relation of the Planck constant to fundamental particle masses.

Background: While the line joining the posterior superior iliac spine (PSIS) intersects a relatively stable sacral vertebra, it does not directly facilitate the localization of lumbar interspace or assist in the positioning for neuraxial anesthesia. Our study aimed to explore the potential of the PSIS line as a reference point and to determine its practical applicability in clinical settings.
Methods: We consecutively enrolled pregnant women with gestational ages ranging from 24 to 38 weeks scheduled for magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) examination.
