Background And Objectives: Physicians and psychiatrists often encounter patients in the emergency department presenting after methamphetamine use. While physical and psychiatric manifestations associated with methamphetamine use are well known, movement disorders are relatively less common. The aim of this case report is to add to existing literature awareness about the possibility of movement disorders occurring after methamphetamine use, discuss the possible mechanism by which such use leads to dyskinesia, and describe possible management strategies.
