The exploration of ligated metal clusters' chemical space is challenging, partly owing to an insufficiently targeted access to reactive clusters. Now, dynamic mixtures of clusters, defined as living libraries, are obtained through organometallic precursor chemistry. The libraries are populated with interrelated clusters, including transient and highly reactive ones, as well as more accessible but less reactive species.

Background: Tobacco smoking remains the leading preventable cause of death, whereas chronic pain is the leading cause of disability. Chronic pain and tobacco smoking are closely interrelated. In the United States, racial and ethnic minorities and those with lower incomes consistently exhibit lower dietary quality. This review discusses the complex relationships between oral and mental health, particularly the psychosocial challenges faced by individuals with mental health disorders in maintaining oral hygiene, including stigma, lack of access to care, and financial barriers. It also discusses how psychiatric conditions influence oral health, with regard to issues such as dry mouth, gum disease, and tooth decay, and how poor oral health can aggravate mental well-being.
