Objective: Routine imaging surveillance following endovascular aortic aneurysm repair (EVAR) for abdominal aortic aneurysm (AAA) is critical for the timely diagnosis of late post-operative complications. Compliance with recommended EVAR surveillance is variable, and disparities in post-EVAR surveillance remain unclear. This study examines variability in EVAR surveillance and emergency health service utilization across several sociodemographic populations.

Introduction: Retroperitoneal liposarcomas are rare malignant tumors that often present asymptomatically until advanced stages. Giant liposarcomas exceeding 30Â cm are particularly uncommon, and colonic infiltration causing gastrointestinal bleeding is extremely rare, with only a few cases documented in the literature.
Case Presentation: A 78-year-old female presented with hematochezia, constipation, and diffuse abdominal pain.

Purpose: To demonstrate the feasibility of the physician-modified endovascular graft (PMEG) technique in acute aorta disease, even in cases with a previous PMEG requiring a new repair.
Technique: A 77-year-old man presented with an infectious native aortic aneurysm (INAA), which was treated with a PMEG containing fenestrations for the renal arteries and superior mesenteric artery (SMA). After 4 months, a new infectious aneurysm developed at the right renal hilum, which was treated by occluding the right renal artery with a vascular plug.

Vascular calcification is an important risk factor related to all-cause mortality of cardiovascular events in patients with chronic kidney disease (CKD). Vascular extracellular matrix (ECM) proteins have been demonstrated to regulate vascular calcification. ECM protein thrombospondin 1 (THBS1/TSP-1) plays a critical role in the regulation of vascular diseases.
