To analyze the clinical characteristics,diagnosis and treatment of pediatric myocardial infarction (MI) patients with coronary artery lesions (CAL) after Kawasaki disease (KD). Clinical data including baseline characteristics, KD and CAL information, clinical symptoms at MI onset, electrocardiogram (ECG) and imaging findings, MI treatment, and clinical outcomes of 41 MI patients with CAL after KD admitted to the Children's Hospital of Fudan University from January 2017 to August 2024 were analyzed retrospectively. Background: In patients with mechanical aortic and mitral valves requiring catheter ablation of ventricular tachycardia (VT), a technique for access from the right atrium (RA) to the left ventricle (LV) via puncture of the inferoseptal process of the LV was previously described in a single-center series.
Objectives: This study sought to report the multicenter experience of VT ablation using this novel LV access approach.
Methods: We assembled a multicenter registry of patients with double mechanical valves who underwent VT ablation with RA-to-LV access.

Purpose: The purpose of the study was to investigate the effect of γ,n-irradiation of the mouse head on the brain cells damage, behavior, and cognition and to examine the possibility of using lactoferrin (LF) to alleviate radiation-induced impairments.
Materials And Methods: Mouse heads were irradiated in a beam of neutrons and gamma rays from the IR-8 nuclear reactor. The brain cells of control and irradiated mice were isolated using Percoll.
