Interest for the psychopathological field of trauma has experienced a revival over the last fifteen years. Early and active treatment of victims is necessary to attenuate the psychopathological consequences of trauma. However, emergency psychiatry still rarely places a high value on it. This paper presents a case which contains in itself many aspects of psychological responses to psychologically traumatizing events. Trauma induced in this case, in particular, Dissociative Disorders (including a Dissociative Fugue), a Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder, Somatoform Disorders and Phobic Disorders. This case gives us the opportunity to situate the psychiatric emergency--"psychological trauma"--and to illustrate our talk with regard to the principles of mid-term and emergency treatment of victims.

Background: The harm-benefit balance for early out-of-bed mobilisation of patients with severe acquired brain injury (ABI) in neurointensive care units (neuro-ICUs) is unclear, and there are no clinical guidelines. This study aimed to survey the current clinical practice and perceptions among clinicians involved in first out-of-bed mobilisation in Scandinavian neuro-ICUs.

Background: Screen time is on the rise among youth, and as a result, cyberbullying victimization has become increasingly prevalent. While prior research has established a positive correlation between screen usage and cyberbullying victimization, a paucity of research has explored how motives for screen usage are associated with cyberbullying victimization and moderate the positive association between screen usage and cyberbullying victimization.
Objective: The present study sought to address these research gaps by exploring the association between motives for screen usage and cyberbullying victimization and examining whether these motives moderate the association between screen time and cyberbullying.

Objectives: Cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR), which is used in cases of life-threatening cardiopulmonary arrest, is a physically exhausting procedure. Adding to that, sometimes, even before performing CPR, interventions to rescue the injured person from a challenging environment have caused significant fatigue. In this study, taking a novel research approach, we generated a scenario of fatigue during a rescue from earthquake debris and aimed to measure the effect of that fatigue on the quality of CPR performed by paramedics.
