Reconstructing the glans poses a complex surgical challenge, and several techniques have been proposed to address this issue. However, little is known about RT-induced changes in the expression of immune checkpoints, such as PD-L1, and their clinical implications in colorectal cancer (CRC). Objective: This study aimed to summarize evidence-based strategies for the self-management of gastroesophageal reflux symptoms (GERS) at home among patients who have undergone esophageal cancer surgery, providing practical references for clinical practice.
Methods: A systematic evidence summary was conducted based on the reporting standards of the Fudan University Center for Evidence-based Nursing. Literature was retrieved from international and Chinese databases, including guidelines, expert consensus, systematic reviews, and original studies.
Introduction: Triple-negative breast cancer (TNBC) accounts for approximately 15-20% of all breast carcinomas. In the last two decades, both nipple-sparing mastectomy (NSM) and skin-sparing mastectomy (SSM) with immediate reconstruction have been used in the surgical management. The aim of our study was to analyze the outcomes of the combined treatment of patients with TNBC treated with NSM or SSM.
