Bacterial infections are the most common cause of death in patients with malignant blood diseases. After recalling the main bacteria responsible and the factors which predispose patients to infection, the authors consider various forms of treatment, including antibiotic therapy, transfusions of white blood cells, gammaglobulins, etc., and prophlyactic measures, such as antibiotics by mouth, isolation in a sterile ward, etc., which have been proposed for some years. During renal grafts, infective complications are also very frequenct. Their prevention is essential for on this, to a large extent, depends the success of the transplantation.

The Kasai portoenterostomy (KPE) can provide a surgical cure for children with biliary atresia (BA), without the need for a liver transplant (OLTxp). Revision KPE can be attempted following a failed initial KPE where biliary clearance is not achieved. The most common indications for revision KPE are recurrent jaundice or recurrent cholangitis, although it has also been performed for persistent jaundice or bile lakes.

Objective: To analyze the clinical application and limiting factors of the Hall technique (HT) preformed metal crowns in caries of primary molars and to provide reference for its clinical application based on a questionnaire survey.
Materials And Methods: From June to December 2022, a questionnaire was distributed to pediatric dentists through the WeChat platform using "Questionnaire Star" to analyze the clinical application and influencing factors of the HT preformed metal crowns in caries of primary molars.
Results: A total of 700 survey questionnaires were distributed, and 650 valid questionnaires were recovered, with a effectiveness rate of 92.

This has further given rise to new challenges related to their incorporation into current medical practice. However, this evolution needs to be coupled with knowledge and skills of physicians who are willing to prescribe Home Mechanical Ventilation (HMV), in order to prevent them from making inappropriate choices or adjustments that may ultimately have ethical and legal implications.
