We present a 32-year-old female with aortopulmonary window and vegetation of non-valvular main pulmonary artery. The aortopulmonary window is a rare congenital disease in which the aorta and pulmonary arteries are communicated by a defect of variable diameter. The pulmonic valve is the least commonly involved valve in bacterial endocarditis, but there is no vegetation of non-valvular main pulmonary artery in the literature. Colour duplex sonography showed an aortopulmonary window with aortic regurgitation. Magnetic resonance (MR) imaging demonstrating the vegetation on the wall of main pulmonary artery, is an useful and complementary method, and can be used for demonstration of congenital and acquired cardiovascular pathologies including aortopulmonary window and subpulmonic or suprapulmonic vegetations.

Objective: Berry syndrome is a group of rare congenital cardiac malformations including aortopulmonary window (APW), aortic origin of the right pulmonary artery (AORPA), interruption of the aortic arch (IAA), patent ductus arteriosus (PDA) (supplying the descending aorta) and intact ventricular septum. This paper will analyze the clinical data of 7 patients with Berry syndrome who underwent surgical treatment in our institution and discuss the one-stage surgical correction of Berry syndrome in combination with the literature.
Methods: From January 2013 to July 2024, a total of 7 children with Berry syndrome were admitted to the Cardiac Surgery Department of Beijing Children's Hospital.

Complete transposition of the great arteries is a common life-threatening complex cyanotic congenital heart disease in infants, resulting in the operation usually performed about one week after birth. However, little is known about the surgical strategy and experience of transposition of the great arteries with an intact ventricular septum in older patients. Herein, we present an abandoned 7-year-old boy with severe cyanosis with clubbed fingers and toes and then diagnosed with transposition of the great arteries with an intact ventricular septum, atrial septal defect, patent ductus arteriosus, and pulmonary hypertension.

Background: In patients with adult congenital heart disease (ACHD), significant atrioventricular valve regurgitation is an important risk factor for poor outcomes, such as heart failure. However, in many cases, transcatheter intervention may reduce the risk profile to avoid a high surgical risk.
Case Summary: A 44-year-old man with complex ACHD in the form of a double-inlet left ventricle, congenitally corrected transposition of the great arteries, pulmonary atresia, atrial septal defect, and patent ductus arteriosus was referred for the treatment of severe tricuspid regurgitation.
