Background: The significant distal necrosis of the random-pattern skin flaps greatly restricts their clinical applications in flap transplantation. Previous studies have demonstrated the potential of danshensu (DSS) to alleviate ischemic tissue injury. However, no research to date has confirmed whether DSS can improve the survival of ischemic flaps.

Introduction: In many countries, hemodialysis is still the most common method of renal replacement. Significant regional variations exist in creating and maintaining vascular access for hemodialysis. Therefore, analyzing national registries with vascular access data is essential for developing effective national treatment strategies.

Coelurosauria, including modern birds, represents a successful group of theropod dinosaurs that established a high taxonomic diversity and significant morphological modifications. In the evolutionary history of this group, a specialized foot morphology, the arctometatarsus, evolved independently in several lineages and has been considered an adaptation for cursoriality. While its functional significance has been extensively studied, the temporal pattern of this parallel evolution, as well as its origin and influencing factors, remains largely unresolved.

Objective: Current guidelines recommend the use of glycoprotein IIb/IIIa (GpIIb/IIIa) inhibitors in patients with ST-segment elevation myocardial infarction (STEMI) only as a bail-out therapy. However, drug penetration to the jeopardised area may not be achieved due to impeded blood flow and increased microvascular resistance. Aim of our study is to investigate the impact of distal intracoronary GpIIb/IIIa inhibitor agent infusion in STEMI patients.

Objectives: The current research delves into the use of 3D geometric morphometric for assessing shifts in maturity within both the proximal and distal humeral metaphyses. It mainly focuses on establishing correlations between these shifts and the shape changes observed in the corresponding epiphyses established through radiographic imaging.

Material And Methods: The total sample comprises 120 right-side proximal humeral metaphyses and 91 right-side distal humeral metaphyses.
