Background: Epidermoid cyst (EC) located completely within the pituitary infundibulum is a rare entity with only seven reported cases. In this study, we have described our experience with resection of intra-infundibular epidermoid cysts (IECs) and reviewed the existing literature highlighting its distinguishing features and operative nuances.
Methods: Three consecutive cases of IEC operated at our institute was retrospectively studied.

Objective: The purpose of this study was to quantify analgesic use following alveolar cleft bone grafting (ABG) utilizing a posterior iliac crest (PIC) donor site.
Design: This is a prospective cohort study of consecutive patients that underwent ABG with PIC in a 10 month period from November 2022 to September 2023.
Setting: Tertiary care free-standing pediatric hospital.

Patients can present with a wide variety of facial differences that may or may not require operative intervention.
