Reactivity of organism was studied in a total of 48 patients with chronic duodenitis, actually in the zone of increased radiation. Hypo- and normotensive type reactions were found to prevail, each having its peculiar clinical picture. While studying the lipid peroxidation- and antioxidant defence systems, changes were identified in those parameters characterizing the above systems, their degree being higher in blood leukocytes. It is recommended that the data obtained be used for determining a correcting therapy.

Objectives: Spinal cord stimulation (SCS) is a therapeutic option for those with chronic pain due to persistent spinal pain syndrome (PSPS). Background: Weighted blankets have recently introduced in the treatment on insomnia as a nonpharmacological integrative therapy. Here we prospectively evaluated the effects of weighted blankets on the sleep structure and heart rate variability (HRV) in patients with primary psychophysiological insomnia.
Methods: In this prospective polysomnographic (PSG) study between August 2021 and August 2022, patients were given weighted blankets (~10% of body weight) to use at home for 10 nights consecutively.
