Background: Currently, the standard curative treatment for ventricular tachycardia (VT) and ventricular fibrillation (VF) is radiofrequency catheter ablation. However, when the VT circuit is deep in the myocardium, the catheter may not be delivered, and a new, minimally invasive treatment using different energies is desired.
Methods: This is a protocol paper for a feasibility study designed to provide stereotactic radiotherapy for refractory VT not cured by catheter ablation after at least one catheter ablation.

Background: Familial ST-depression syndrome is an inherited disease characterized by persistent, nonischemic ST-deviations, and risk of arrhythmias and heart failure. We aimed at further characterizing the ECG, arrhythmias, and structural characteristics associated with this novel syndrome.
Methods: Retrospective analysis of data from consecutive families with familial ST-depression Syndrome in Denmark.

Objectives: The objective of this study was to assess our 43-year experience with arterial switch operation (ASO) for transposition of the great arteries (TGA) by analysing cardiac outcome measures (hospital and late mortality, reoperations and catheter interventions, significant coronary artery obstruction) and to identify risk factors for reoperation and catheter interventions.
Methods: A total of 490 patients who underwent ASO for TGA from 1977 to 2020 were included in this retrospective, single-centre study. Data on reoperation and catheter intervention of hospital survivors were estimated by the Kaplan-Meier method and compared using a long-rank test.

Background: Currently, two effective therapeutic options for severe aortic stenosis (AS) are available, one catheter-based [transcatheter aortic valve implantation (TAVI)], the other open surgical approach [surgical aortic valve replacement (SAVR)]. The COVID-19 pandemic has limited the availability of medical procedures. The purpose of this cross-sectional study was to assess if this pandemic had any impact on the treatment strategy of severe AS in a single cardiac center.

Background: Atrial remodeling associated with atrial fibrillation (AF) and sleep apnea is well known. Although sleep apnea is known to be associated with left atrial (LA) remodeling, its association with right atrial (RA) remodeling remains unclear. The study aimed to investigate the effect of sleep apnea on RA remodeling.
