Institut Cardiovasculaire Paris-Sud, Hôpital Privé Jacques Cartier, Ramsay-Santé, Massy, France. Electronic address:
Background: The prevalence of coronary artery disease in patients undergoing transcatheter aortic valve replacement (TAVR) is high. Treatment of a coronary events (CE) after TAVR can be technically challenging.
Objectives: The authors sought to assess the incidence and prognostic impact of CE after TAVR.

Background: The association between coronary microcirculation and clinical outcomes in patients with intermediate stenosis remains unclear.
Objectives: The aim of this study was to assess the prognostic significance of angiography-derived index of microcirculatory resistance (angio-IMR) in patients with intermediate coronary stenosis.
Methods: This post hoc analysis included 1,658 patients from the FLAVOUR (Fractional Flow Reserve and Intravascular Ultrasound for Clinical Outcomes in Patients with Intermediate Stenosis) trial, with angio-IMR measured in each vessel exhibiting intermediate stenosis.

Department of Orthopaedic Surgery, Stanford University, Redwood City, California.
Background: The accurate inclusion of patient comorbidities ensures appropriate risk adjustment in clinical or health services research and payment models. Orthopaedic studies often use only the comorbidities included at the index inpatient admission when quantifying patient risk. The goal of this study was to assess improvements in capture rates and in model fit and discriminatory power when using additional data and best practices for comorbidity capture.

Acute kidney injury (AKI) is a frequent clinical complication lacking early diagnostic tests and effective treatments. Novel biomarkers have shown promise for enabling earlier detection, risk stratification, and guiding management of AKI. We conducted a systematic review to synthesize evidence on the efficacy of novel biomarkers for AKI detection and management.

Department of Radiology, The Sixth Affiliated Hospital, Sun Yat-sen University, Guangzhou, China.
Objectives: To analyze the CT imaging features of extranodal natural killer/T (NK/T)-cell lymphoma, nasal type (ENKTCL-NT) involving the gastrointestinal tract (GI), and to compare them with those of Crohn's disease (CD) and diffuse large B-cell lymphoma (DLBCL).
Materials And Methods: Data were retrospectively collected from 17 patients diagnosed with GI ENKTCL-NT, 68 patients with CD, and 47 patients with DLBCL. The CT findings of ENKTCL-NT were analyzed and compared with those of CD and DLBCL.
