The BoLA class II and genes in crossbred cattle were studied using PCR-RFLP, cloning, and sequencing techniques. Seventy-two crossbred cattle () were used in the current study. III and I restriction enzymes digested exon 2-3, revealing seven (III-A-G) and three (I A-C) motifs, respectively.

Objective: The risk of contracting tuberculosis (TB) and the efficacy of TB therapy are affected by several factors, including genetic variation among populations. In the Indonesian population, data on the genes involved in drug transport and metabolism of TB therapy are limited. The aim of this study was to identify the genetic profile of the ABCB1 gene (rs1128503 and rs1045642) and CYP2E1 gene (rs3813867) in Indonesians with TB.

This study was conducted to determine the polymorphisms of the gene and their relationships with milk yield and components, litter size, birth weight, and weaning weight in goats. For this purpose, a total of 108 Saanen goats from two different farms (Bornova and Manisa) were used as animal materials. Polymorphisms at the exon 6 and the 3 flanking region of the gene were determined by using PCR-RFLP with I and I restriction enzymes and DNA sequencing analyses.

In this study, the -casein () and lactoferrin () genes which were found in association with milk production traits in different animal species were studied firstly in Turkish donkey populations. A total of 108 donkeys from different regions of Turkey were used in order to reveal the different genotypes of and genes by using polymerase chain reaction - restriction fragment length polymorphism (PCR-RFLP) and DNA sequencing methods. To determine the genetic polymorphism, we attempted to digest a fragment of 235 bp of the gene and a fragment of 751 bp of the gene using I, and II, I and I restriction enzymes, respectively.
