A case of meningeoma located at the right lateral ventricle is reported. The tumor was successfully removed by surgery. The authors justified this report by the infrequency of the pathology. Some aspects of the literature are commented.

Purpose: To describe a case of short common trunk of the occipital artery (OA) and ascending pharyngeal artery (APA) arising from the internal carotid artery (ICA).
Methods: A 36-year-old woman with a history of surgical resection of a right lateral ventricular meningioma and atheromatous plaque of the right ICA underwent cranial magnetic resonance (MR) imaging and MR angiography of the head and neck region with a 3-Tesla scanner.
Results: MR angiography of the neck region showed a small atheromatous plaque at the origin of the right ICA and an anomalous artery arising from the posteromedial aspect of the right ICA at the distal end of the carotid bulb.
Case report: Intradural-extramedullary cervical spine clear cell meningioma mimicking a schwannoma in a child.

Clear cell meningioma (CCM) is an exceedingly rare subtype of meningioma, with spinal occurrences being even more uncommon. It predominantly affects children and is characterized by a high recurrence rate and poor prognosis, posing significant challenges for clinical treatment. Research Question: to describe and investigate the case of an 11-year-old boy with the concomitant pneumocephalus, subcutaneous- and orbitopalpebral emphysema after the removal of a giant meningioma. Furthermore, our aim is to discuss the findings and the pathophysiology in relation to cases found in literature.
Material And Methods: We performed a search in PubMed, Cochrane, MEDLINE and Google Scholar by the usage of the words orbital or periorbital, combined with emphysema and neurosurgery.

We report a rare case of rhabdoid meningioma (RM) originating from the optic nerve in a 57-year-old female. The tumor exhibited rhabdoid or epithelioid histology and harbored BAP1 inactivation mutations. Optic nerve meningioma typically originates from the outer meningeal cells of the optic nerve within the optic canal and is usually benign, with most cases classified as meningothelial or transitional meningiomas.
