The data on the vascular bed formation and construction of intraorganic nerves of the human forearm muscles in embryogenesis are presented. It is stated that in the process of development the following stages can be revealed in microvessels of the neural fasciculi: a) prevascular (up to 3 months of the intrauterine development, b) initial stage of formation of neuromuscular connections (3--5 months of embryogenesis), c) developed stage (the second half of embryogenesis). In the intraorganic nerves, microvessels are arranged in several layers. The first is situated on the surface of the neural fasciculi, outside the perineurium; the second is situated in the bulk of the latter, between its cellular-fibrillar layers. The third group of the microvessels is within the nerve, between its fibres. In thin fasciculi they are presented by single microvessels. In thick and middle-sized intraorganic nerves, there are several similar vascular capillaries, connecting with each other, they form capillary loops.

The carotid body (CB) is the main peripheral arterial chemoreceptor that registers the levels of pO, pCO and pH in the blood and responds to their changes by regulating breathing. It is strategically located in the bifurcation of each common carotid artery. The organ consists of "glomera" composed of two cell types, glomus and sustentacular cells, interspersed by blood vessels and nerve bundles and separated by connective tissue.

Introduction: Due to the realistic colour, texture conservation and preservation of biomechanical properties, Thiel-embalming is becoming the main embalming procedure for clinical courses and research based on human cadaver material. The aim of this study is to establish a new procedure that allows advanced microdissection of small vessels and intraorganic nerves in Thiel-embalmed material.
Material And Methods/results: After a classical gross anatomical dissection, human hemipelves underwent repetitive application of 3 consecutive steps: (i) maceration with alloy of nitric acid and MiliQ water 1:10 for 24-48h.
The article contains the basic causes and consequences of chronic pelvic pain (HPP) at the women. Shown that HPP - serious medical and social problem, which changes the psyche and behavior of women, violates her social adaptation. Pathogenesis HPP associated with persistent violations intraorganic and regional hemodynamics and hypoxia and acidosis that occur at the same time, cause degeneration of receptors and conduction system of pelvic organs, malnutrition solar cells and aortic nerve plexuses.

Objective: Classic anatomical methods have limitations in micro determination of nerve fibre location. Furthermore, the precise detection of the nerve fibres nature is not possible by means of dissection. The combination of immunohistochemistry and three-dimensional reconstruction could be used to resolve these limitations of morphological sciences.

There is probably no other gastrointestinal disorder which is as much characterized by concomitant local, intra-organ and central neuropathic and neuroplastic alterations as chronic pancreatitis (CP). While some key features of this neuropathy have recently been elucidated, there is still no satisfying pathophysiological explanation for the generation of neuropathic pain in CP. It is becoming increasingly clear that an effective pain treatment in CP can probably not be achieved without consideration of the exact fate of intrapancreatic nerves and central neuroplastic alterations.
