Early diagnosis and immediate treatment are necessary to prevent joint destruction. Chondromyxoid fibroma (CMF) in the foot is a rare condition. We report a case of CMF in a 7-year-old girl, affecting the distal phalanx of the great toe. Radiographs revealed a lytic lesion involving the entire distal phalanx, with destruction of both the medial and lateral cortices, while the articular surfaces remained intact.

Introduction: Electric shock occurs when electricity passes through the body, causing a range of symptoms from mild tingling to potentially life-threatening injuries such as burns, seizures, and cardiac arrest. In rare cases, Sudden Sensorineural Hearing Loss (SSNHL) has also been associated with an electric shock.
Case Report: A 35-year-old male presented with left-sided hearing loss following an electric shock.

Background: Upper eyelid ptosis is a common aesthetic concern among Asian patients, resulting in a tired and drowsy appearance that affects their attractiveness. The levator advancement technique is widely used for ptosis correction; however, achieving precise results remains challenging.
Objectives: This study introduces a modified approach to improve the accuracy of levator aponeurosis advancement by focusing on precise measurements and anterior displacement within a defined corneal range.
