Background: Nonoperative management of posterior shoulder instability is common. However, limited data are available to assess the pathomorphologic factors associated with its failure.
Purpose/hypothesis: The purpose of this study was 2-fold: (1) to determine glenohumeral pathomorphologic features predictive of nonoperative management failure of posterior instability; and (2) to determine the relationship between nonoperative management failure and posterior glenoid bone loss (pGBL) progression.

We presented the clinical case of neurofibromatosis type 1 (NF-1) associated with pheochromocytoma (PHEO) in a man under 40 years old without family history. The diagnosis of NF-1 was established based on 4 signs of the disease (multiple café au lait macules, scoliotic changes in posture, the presence of multiple neurofibromas, Lisch nodules). The diagnosis of PHEO was determined by a significant increase of free metanephrin/normethanephrin levels in daily urine, a malignant CT phenotype of the right adrenal tumor, and confirmed by pathomorphological study.

Diagnosis of urogenital tuberculosis (UGTB), as a rule, is delayed due to low index of suspicion to tuberculosis and the absence of pathognomonic symptoms.
Aim: Determining the change in the ratio of clinical forms of renal tuberculosis from 1999 to 2020.
