Objective: Aim: The objective of this literature review was to determine the optimal diagnostic algorithm for breast cancer detection associated with architectural distortion.
Patients And Methods: Materials and Methods: The Pubmed, Google Scholar, Web of Science, and Scopus databases was used to search for materials on architectural distortion, associated pathologies, and radiological imaging methods.
Conclusion: Conclusions: Architectural distortions may represent both benign and malignant pathology, but ultrasound, magnetic resonance, and roentgenological signs may not always with conf i dence determine the etiology of these changes.

Periodontal diseases are widespread in children and adolescents. By the information of World Health Organization, 80% of children have different degrees of inflammatory periodontal diseases, that often develop from the ages of 10-11 years. Pathology of periodontal tissues is developed when there is a disproportional growth and development of tissue structure, as within the system, also in the systems and structures that provide entire organism, which itself supplements the development of periodontal diseases in juveniles.

The objective of the present study was to analyze the potential of such techniques as X-ray, multi-slice computed tomography (MSCT), and cone-beam computed tomography (CBCT) for diagnostics of odontogenic maxillary sinusitis. The secondary objective was to describe changes in maxillary sinuses identifiable with the help of the above methods. This article contain modern views on epidemiology, diagnostic and variant of microscopic colitis treatment. A typical clinical picture of MC in the form of recurrent a watery diarrhea, with the absence of pathologic changes at roentgenologic and endoscopic investigations is described with the example of a clinical case.
