Background: Primary pituitary abscess is a rare disease with no specific symptoms for pituitary abscess alone. A preoperative diagnosis is quite challenging due to unclear imaging findings.
Case Presentation: We report the case of a patient with a pituitary lesion who presented with hypopituitarism, diabetes insipidus, and visual field defect and was misdiagnosed as a possible cystic pituitary adenoma.

Neonates exhibit pain responses characterized by various endocrinal changes, including alterations in cortisone and oxytocin serum levels, as well as physiological and emotional reactions. The administration of neonatal pain management leads to the normalization of endocrine hormones, including cortisone and oxytocin, which are affected by the presence of neonatal pain. Diagnosing neonatal pain is complex; however, effective management is essential.

It may cause left ventricular outflow tract stenosis, which requires surgical treatment in severe cases. Methods: We conducted a systematic review, analyzing 1219 studies and 116 patients, adhering to PRISMA guidelines for individual patient data. The study, registered under PROSPERO (CRD42022362121), focused on the onset, diagnostic approaches, and therapeutic interventions associated with this complication, and management strategies to tackle the ascending paraplegia.
