The article is devoted to one of the rare forms of necrotizing fasciitis - Fourniers gangrene (FG). In chronological order, key aspects related to epidemiology, etiology, pathogenesis, classification, clinic, diagnosis and treatment are highlighted, according to extensive literature. It is postulated that according to modern scientific provisions, Fournier gangrene is a private clinical model of critical conditions in surgery, which is characterized by progressive purulent-necrotic lesion and putrefactive decay of soft tissue and fascial structures and is accompanied by phenomena of systemic endotoxicosis (sepsis) and high mortality, varying from 35 to 76-86%.

The purpose of the study is to develop a pregravid preparation algorithm for women suffering from chronic endometritis associated with infertility using therapeutic physical factors. There have been observed 60 patients of reproductive age suffering from chronic endometritis associated with infertility. By simple randomization, two groups were formed: the group of comparison included 30 patients who were treated in accordance with clinical guidelines - antibacterial therapy and simultaneous physiotherapy (magnetic laser therapy, color-stimulation therapy); the main group included 30 patients.

Under the modern market conditions, the process of development of the methods for the combined rehabilitation of the patients is becoming increasingly more complicated. For the reduction of potential risks and leveling the factors responsible for the uncertain market situation influencing the creation of new methods, it is necessary to carry out the full-scale pilot studies with the use of the marketing analysis methods. The objective of the present work was to create and elaborate the rationale for the graphological structure (the scheme) of the process of exploratory research with a view to the development of the combined rehabilitation methods as exemplified by phyto- and physiotherapeutic modalities.
