One of the most obvious manifestations of the negative impact of space flight factors on the human physiology is osteopenia. With the active development of manned space flights and the increase in the duration of humans' persistence in weightlessness, there is a growing need to understand the mechanisms of changes occurring at the cellular level involved in the replenishment of bone tissue. Using the RNA sequencing method, changes in the transcriptome profile of MMSCs were studied after a 5-day simulation of the microgravity effects.

Background: While the effects of sleep deprivation on cognitive function are well-documented, its impact on high-intensity endurance performance and underlying neural mechanisms remains underexplored, especially in the context of search and rescue operations where both physical and mental performance are essential. This study examines the neurophysiological basis of sleep deprivation on high-intensity endurance using electroencephalography (EEG). In this crossover study, twenty firefighters were subjected to both sleep deprivation (SD) and normal sleep conditions, with each participant performing endurance treadmill exercise the following morning after each condition.

: Hypokinetic dysarthria is a speech disorder observed in almost 90% of PD patients that can appear at any stage of the disease, usually worsening as the disease progresses. Today, speech therapy intervention in PD is seen as a possible therapeutic option to alleviate and slow down the progression of symptoms. This study aims to investigate the validity of traditional speech therapy in dysarthria with the aim of improving the quality of life of PD patients, by comparing subjective clinical assessment with objective instrumental measures (IOPI and voice analysis).
