Objective: The aim: To assess the immediate results of autovenous femoral-tibial shunting in combination with rotary osteotrepanation of the tibia by studying changes in the transcutaneous ptO2 tension in the tibia and foot tissues depending on the revascularization of the tibial arteries.
Patients And Methods: Materials and methods: We analyzed the treatment of 69 patients with obliterating atherosclerosis of the vessels of the lower extremities. According to the degree of ischemia of the lower extremities, the patients were distributed as follows: III A degree of ischemia - 20 (29%), III B - 28 (40.

Hydraulic dilatation is used in everyday cardiac surgical practice for assessment of leak-proofness and prevention of spasm of autovenous shunts. The classical technique envisages manual high-pressure solution injection, which exerts a negative effect on venous conduits and is one of the causes of incompetence of shunts in the postoperative period. Limiting pressure during hydraulic dilatation is necessary to minimize morphological changes and preserve functional viability of venous conduits.

Aim: The study was aimed at assessing the remote results of infrainguinal reconstructions in patients with critical lower limb ischaemia depending upon the bypass graft material used.
Patients And Methods: Analysed herein are the results of 237 infrainguinal bypass procedures performed over a 9-year period from January 1st, 2010 to December 31st, 2018. The patients were divided into three groups depending on the level of the distal anastomosis.

Objective - to improve the results of treatment of patients with chronic ischemia of the lower extremities based on optimization of the technique of operations on the deep femoral artery. During 6 years (from 2014 to the end of 2019), 150 patients were initially operated on for obliterating atherosclerosis of the femoropopliteal-tibial segment of the lower extremities in the department of vascular surgery of the Andrey Novak Regional Clinical Hospital, the clinical base of the Uzhgorod National University. In the presence of "short" stenoses, preference should be given to open endarterectomy with an autovenous and / or autoarterial patch.

Patients And Methods: Our retrospective single-centre study included a total of 245 patients subjected to isolated coronary artery bypass graft operations during the follow up period from 2010 to 2015. All patients endured bypass grafting of the right coronary artery (RCA) with either autovenous or autoarterial conduits.
