Background Aims: The clinical translation of mesenchymal stromal cell secretome (MSC-S) has been challenging owing to a lack of appropriate methods in downstream processing. Dialysis is an age-old method of protein purification by the exchange of small molecules through a semi-permeable membrane. Objective: Immune-related pancytopenia (IRP) is characterized by autoantibody-mediated destruction or suppression of bone marrow cells, leading to pancytopenia. This study aimed to explore the role of TRAPPC4 (trafficking protein particle complex subunit 4) as a key autoantigen in IRP, including epitope identification and immune activation mechanisms.
Methods: A total of 90 participants were included in the study, divided into four groups: 30 newly diagnosed IRP patients, 25 IRP remission patients, 20 patients with control hematologic conditions (severe aplastic anemia [SAA] and myelodysplastic syndrome [MDS]), and 15 healthy controls.

Objective: The study aimed to investigate the impact of varying thyroid function statuses on clinical and laboratory indicators in patients with systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE).
Methods: A retrospective analysis was conducted on 258 patients with SLE, who were stratified according to thyroid function, renal involvement, and disease activity. The predictive value of thyroid hormones was evaluated using a receiver operating characteristic (ROC) curve.
