The anatomo-pathological picture, symptomatology, diagnostic means and treatment of tumours deriving from the muscular (leimyomas, leiomyoblastomas), nervous (neurilemmomas) and connectival (lipomas) structures of the stomach are considered and 9 cases observed between 1968 and 1979 at the General Surgery Division of Busto Arsizio Hospital are reported.
