Objective: The imaging of programmed death ligand 1 (PD-L1) can monitor changes in PD-L1 expression and guide programmed death 1 (PD-1) or PD-L1-targeted immune checkpoint therapy. A Tc-labeled affibody molecular probe targeting the PD-L1 receptor was prepared and evaluated its tracing effect in PD-L1-overexpressing colon cancer.
Methods: The PD-L1 affibody was prepared by genetic recombineering.

Single chain antibody fragment (scFv) is a promising agent for imaging and targeted therapy. The objective of the study is to evaluate a kit formulation for Tc labeling of scFv for tumor imaging. The scFv was engineered to contain a cysteine tag to accommodate the specific conjugation of HYNIC and subsequent Tc labeling.

Pyelonephritis is an infection of the kidneys that is seen more commonly in children than the adults. Tc-dimercaptosuccinic acid (Tc-DMSA) scanning is a radionuclide imaging study to detect renal scarring after acute pyelonephritis (a late Tc-DMSA scan) and also helps to diagnose acute pyelonephritis in febrile urinary tract infections (an acute Tc-DMSA scan). Planar imaging in multiple views (posterior and bilateral posterior oblique) is generally used.

(99m)Tc-HYNIC-annexin A5 can be considered as a benchmark in the field of apoptosis imaging. However, (99m)Tc-HYNIC-annexin A5 has characteristics of high uptake and long retention in non-target tissues such as kidney and liver. To minimize this problem, we developed a novel (99m)Tc-labeled annexin A5 using a bis(hydroxamamide) derivative [C3(BHam)2] as a bifunctional chelating agent, and evaluated its usefulness as an imaging agent for detecting apoptosis.

Purpose: People consume vegetables without the knowledge of the side effects of the biological and chemical contents and interactions between radiopharmaceuticals and herbal extract. To this end, current study is focused on the effects of broccoli extract on biodistribution of radiolabeled glucoheptonate ((99m)Tc-GH) and radiolabeling of blood components.
Methods: GH was labeled with (99m)Tc.
