This retrospective, multiple-center study includes 172 PTFE (Gore-Tex) and 35 umbilical vein grafts (Bio-graft) used for femoro-popliteal bypass grafting. The one-year patency rate was approximately 63% in both groups. Until further experience is accumulated, autogenous saphenous vein should probably be the first choice for femoro-popliteal bypass grafting. Prosthetic grafts should preferably be used when the saphenous vein is absent or insufficient.

Background: Endovascular treatment of popliteal aneurysms (PA) has increased in the last few years, quickly becoming the main treatment performed in many vascular centers, based on the acceptable and promising outcomes reported in the literature. However, endograft infections after endovascular popliteal aneurysm repair (EPAR) are the most dangerous complications to occur as they involve serious local compromise and usually require open surgical conversion and device explantation to preserve the affected extremity.
Case Report: We report two patients who were admitted to the emergency room of our hospital for pain and edema in the lower leg.

Background: The purpose of this study was to compare femoropopliteal bypass (FPB) and remote endarterectomy (RE) for long femoropopliteal lesions.
Methods: Single center retrospective propensity matching analysis of the symptomatic patients with long occlusion of the femoro-popliteal segment (>250 mm), who underwent femoro-popliteal bypass above the knee or remote endarterectomy from 2014 to 2020. Primary endpoints: primary patency (PP), secondary patency (SP), target lesion revascularization (TLR).

Introduction Failure of infrainguinal bypass grafts remains a major problem tackled by vascular surgeons despite a meticulous surgical technique. All infrainguinal bypasses should go under routine surveillance to pick the grafts at risk for the prevention of graft failure. Objectives The aim was to find out if we were adhering to the European Society of Vascular Surgery (ESVS) guidelines in the management of chronic limb-threatening ischaemia (CLTI) patients, including postoperative follow-up and to monitor whether the patients were having postoperative duplex surveillance scans to pick any graft at risk.

A 79-year-old woman presented to our hospital with a complaint of feeling a cold sensation in her right foot. After performing a contrast-enhanced computed tomography angiography, severe stenosis in the right persistent sciatic artery (PSA) was identified. However, stenting was considered inadvisable due to compression issues when sitting.
