The diagnosis was suspected at sinoscopy and subsequently confirmed by histo-pathological examination. A Caldwell-Luc operation was performed and proved curative. A review is made of the literature and the epidemiology, symptoms, diagnosis and treatment of the different forms of paranasal sinus aspergillosis are discussed.
