Introduction: As the most frequent chronic neurological disorder in young adults, Multiple sclerosis (MS) significantly affects neurological function, particularly the autonomic nervous system. While the physical symptoms are visible, MS also causes hidden effects like sexual dysfunction. Research indicates that sexual disorders are more prevalent in MS patients compared to other neurological conditions and are approximately five times more common than in the general population.

Background: Multiple sclerosis (MS) patients frequently experience gait disturbances, which can be exacerbated in those with vestibular involvement. Various exercise approaches are available to address gait difficulties in this patient population, and the use of vestibular rehabilitation, in particular, has increased recently. However, the effects of this specific exercise approach on gait in MS patients remain unclear.

Plasma phosphorylated tau biomarkers open unprecedented opportunities for identifying carriers of Alzheimer's disease pathophysiology in early disease stages using minimally invasive techniques. Plasma p-tau biomarkers are believed to reflect tau phosphorylation and secretion. However, it remains unclear to what extent the magnitude of plasma p-tau abnormalities reflects neuronal network disturbance in the form of cognitive impairment.

We report a case of optic neuritis (ON) secondary to autoimmune encephalitis (AE) in a patient with concomitant antibodies to N-methyl-D-aspartate receptor (NMDAR), gamma-aminobutyric acid-B receptor (GABAR), and myelin oligodendrocyte glycoprotein (MOG). The patient exhibited a constellation of symptoms, including vision loss, seizures, mental and behavioral disorders, cognitive impairment, and speech abnormalities. At the two-year follow-up, the patient's symptoms had abated entirely.
