Both the surgical non-cultured melanocyte-keratinocyte transplant procedure (MKTP) and intradermal injection of 5-Fluorouracil (5-FU) are effective in the treatment of vitiligo. Intrablisters injection of MKTP was done in one study with better results than MKTP application after ablative CO2 laser of the reciepient area. However, intrablister injection of 5-FU was not done before.

Objectives: Eyelid margin lesions cause discomfort by impeding both central and peripheral vision, depending on their position on the eyelids, thus hindering everyday routines. However, surgical excision, radiofrequency, electrocautery, and cryosurgery are employed for treatment, although they are complicated and have functional limitations. Carbon dioxide (CO) lasers were used to assess the efficacy, safety, and patient satisfaction with CO laser ablation in managing eyelid margin lesions.

Basal cell carcinoma (BCC) is the most frequent of all cancers, with an increasing incidence. The first line therapy is surgical excision, but topical therapies can be used in low-risk superficial BCCs, while the more advanced, unresectable, or metastatic BCCs benefit from systemic therapies with hedgehog inhibitors and immunotherapy. The purpose of this review is to highlight local and systemic immunotherapies and their efficacy in the management of BCCs.

Purpose: This study utilizes a meta-analytic approach to investigate the effects of cryoablation and robot-assisted partial nephrectomy on perioperative outcomes, postoperative renal function, and oncological results in patients.
Methods: This study followed the Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and Meta-Analyses (PRISMA) statement. Four electronic databases (PubMed, Embase, Web of Science, and the Cochrane Library database) were systematically searched to identify relevant studies published in English up to November 2023.
