Ghrelin reduced the profibrotic effect of IHC-Exo in liver fibrosis by regulating lncMALAT1/GPX4 pathway mediated HSCs ferroptosis. Triggering HSCs ferroptosis via GHR-IHC-Exo may become a novel strategy to alleviate the progression of liver fibrosis.
