Background: The aim of this study is to develop, analyse and validate the factor structure of the Positive Organizational Culture Scale (POC-S) within the industrial sector in a Spanish automotive company.
Method: The scale was developed and validated through exploratory and confirmatory factor analyses, involving blue- and white-collar workers. The POC-S consists of six factors: Open Communication and Support (OC&S), Strategic Knowledge (SK), Trust and Collaboration (T&C), Learning Orientation (LO), Recognition (REC), and Resilience (RES).

Purpose: This study reviews all reported cases of lacrimal gland chronic lymphocytic leukemia (CLL) to identify patterns in clinical presentation, diagnosis, and management to aid in early recognition and treatment of this uncommon occurrence.
Methods: A comprehensive search of medical literature databases was performed to identify studies reporting lacrimal sac involvement in CLL from 1970 to 2024. Data were extracted regarding demographics, symptoms, diagnostic methods, treatment, and outcomes.

Raynaud's phenomenon (RP) is characterized by episodic vasospasm of the small blood vessels, primarily affecting the fingers and toes. Management includes lifestyle modifications, pharmacological treatments, and in severe cases, surgical interventions. Here we report a case of an 80-year-old male patient with a history of hypertension, dyslipidemia, obesity, and atrial fibrillation who presented to the emergency department with edema, cyanosis, and intense pain in the fingers of both hands following a mild COVID-19 infection (no dyspnea or hypoxemia).

However, its increasing association with life-threatening immune hemolytic reactions urge clinicians to enhance recognition and maintain sharp vigilance. This report details a rare and severe case of ceftriaxone-induced hemolytic anemia (CIHA), hemodynamic instability and hemolytic crisis in a 54-year-old woman after intravenous infusion of ceftriaxone following a respiratory infection.
