Background: Evaluating the size of the pulmonary artery (PA) is key for the echocardiographic assessment of pulmonary hypertension (PH) in dogs.
Hypothesis/objectives: To compare the diagnostic accuracy of the main PA (MPA) and right PA (RPA) sizes for the echocardiographic detection of PH in dogs, and to evaluate differences between precapillary and postcapillary PH dogs.
Animals: Four hundred four dogs; 136 controls and 268 with PH.

Purpose Of Review: This review aims to provide an updated overview of the role of echocardiography in the assessment of cardiomyopathies, highlighting recent findings and technological advancements.
Recent Findings: Over the past few years, significant advancements in echocardiographic techniques have improved diagnostic accuracy and provided important prognostic value in the assessment of cardiomyopathies. Cardiomyopathy is a group of diseases affecting the heart muscle.

Purpose Of Review: This paper reviewed the current literature on incidence, clinical manifestations, and risk factors of Chimeric Antigen Receptor T-cell (CAR-T) cardiotoxicity.
Recent Findings: CAR-T therapy has emerged as a groundbreaking treatment for hematological malignancies since FDA approval in 2017. CAR-T therapy is however associated with a few side effects, among which cardiotoxicity is of significant concern.

Objectives: The ValveClamp system (Hanyu Medical Technology) is a novel transcatheter edge-to-edge repair (TEER) system designed for ease of operation; however, there is a lack of data on its application in secondary mitral regurgitation (SMR). The authors report the mid-term outcomes of TEER using the ValveClamp system in SMR.
Methods: The study prospectively analyzed consecutive severe SMR patients who underwent transapical ValveClamp implantation at 10 Chinese centers.
Background And Aims: Bendopnea is a symptom found in patients with heart failure (HF) defined as shortness of breath when bending forward. The present study examined the correlation between bendopnea with other cardiac symptoms, echocardiographic findings, and cardiac function parameters.
Methods: This was a single-center prospective cross-sectional study of patients diagnosed with systolic HF.
