About two years after a questionable accident which did not lead to disability, the lunate bone was excised. It was found to be in two parts and the question was raised whether or not this was the result of an accident or secondary to Kienböck's disease. The radiologist describes the possible etiologies in his differential diagnoses and concludes that there had been a constitutional Os lunatum partitum.

To measure the life quality, clinical-functional outcomes of a patient who had undergone acute reconstruction of radio scapho capitate (RSC), radio lunate (RLL) ligaments, using brachiorradialis tendon in treatment of radiocarpal fracture dislocation. 21-years-old, man with radiocarpal fracture dislocation in his left wrist, after motorcycle accident.
