This retrospective cohort study examined the association between radiotherapy and prognosis in follicular lymphoma (FL) patients, with stratification by age, Ann Arbor stage, primary tumor site, surgical status, and grade. Using data from the SEER database, we employed Cox proportional hazards and competing risk models to assess the impact of radiotherapy on overall survival (OS) and cancer-specific survival (CSS) in 7,551 FL patients. The association between radiotherapy and second primary cancer (SPC) was explored using Logistic regression model.

Introduction: Abnormal cardiorespiratory symptoms and investigative findings in service personnel typically result in prolonged investigation and occupational restriction. This analysis aimed to assess the impact of the xford ilitary Cardiopulmonary xercise Testing linic (OMEC), which investigates such symptoms and findings, on occupational recommendations.
Methods: A service evaluation was conducted on all OMEC attendances over a 5-year period.

Background: Epidemiological data for sarcoma in adolescents and young adults (AYAs) and across age groups are limited. We aim to: 1) update sarcoma incidence, survival, and changes over time in European AYAs; 2) provide an updated comparison of sarcoma survival in AYAs versus children and mature adults.
Methods: We calculated crude incidence rates (IR) per 100,000 European population per year from 2006 to 2013.

Background: CONCORD-3 highlighted wide disparities in population-based 5-year net survival for cutaneous melanoma during 2000-2014. Studies showed a survival advantage in women, but the reasons are not completely understood. We aim to estimate trends in age-standardised 5-year net survival by sex and to examine the role of age, anatomic location and stage on the survival advantage for women worldwide.

Department of Colorectal Surgery, Digestive Disease and Surgery Institute, Cleveland Clinic, Ohio.
Background: Patients with Crohn's disease face an elevated risk of colorectal cancer, in part due to underlying chronic inflammation. Biologic therapy is the mainstay of medical treatment; however, the impact of treatment on colorectal cancer-related outcomes remains unclear.
Objective: To investigate the association between prior exposure to biologic treatment and colorectal cancer-related outcomes in patients with underlying Crohn's disease.
