Vascular Leiomyoma of the oral cavity is an uncommon benign soft tissue neoplasia arising from the tunica media of the smooth muscle cells. We reported a rare case of Vascular Leiomyoma involving the retromolar trigone area of a young man. A 24-year-old male presented with a slowly growing mass in the retromolar area, which was associated with pain and difficulty in opening of mouth and eating and drinking.

Myopericytoma is a rare perivascular myoid neoplasm that typically arises in the dermis or subcutaneous tissue, with an intravascular variant also reported. We present a case of an elderly man with a subcutaneous nodule in his lower leg that had persisted for four decades, accompanied by pain in the last several years. Imaging revealed a 20-mm elongated subcutaneous nodule along with a similar intraosseous lesion in the ipsilateral fibula.

Angioleiomyoma (ALM) is a rare benign perivascular (pericytic) tumor primarily composed of well-differentiated smooth muscle and vascular components. Its clinical and radiological features lack specificity, making diagnosis challenging and prone to misdiagnosis. This report summarizes the clinical data of a patient treated at our hospital who was preoperatively misdiagnosed with rectal cancer but was subsequently found to have perirectal ALM.

Background: Angioleiomyoma is a benign lesion of mesenchymal origin, which always occurs in the uterine system. Pathologically, angioleiomyoma is usually composed of well-differentiated smooth muscle cells with few mitotic features. However, primary intracranial angioleiomyoma represents an exceedingly rare tumor, since the first case reported in 1994.
