Case: An 18-year-old woman presented with shoulder pain that had persisted for a year. The magnetic resonance imaging showed a solitary lesion in the subacromial bursa (SAB). Arthroscopy revealed an ovoid mass connected to the bursal wall with thin synovial tissue that was excised en bloc arthroscopically.

Purpose: To determine the patient demographics and incidence of hip arthroscopy after total hip arthroplasty using the PearlDiver database.
Methods: This is a retrospective study of patients undergoing total hip arthroplasty and arthroscopic hip surgery. The PearlDiver Claims Database was queried using Current Procedural Terminology (CPT) codes for records from 2010 to 2021.

Objective To compare the five-year subjective functional outcomes of single-bundle anterior cruciate ligament reconstruction (ACLR) with three different femoral tunnel positions under arthroscopic guidance. Methods A retrospective study was conducted on the clinical data of 165 patients who underwent ACLR at the Department of Sports Traumatology,Sports Hospital,National Institute of Sports Medicine,General Administration of Sport of China from January 2012 to December 2017.According to femoral tunnel positions,the patients were assigned into three groups of low centre (LC)section (=53),high centre (HC) section (=45),and high anterior medial (HAM) section (=67).
