Introduction: Duplication of the gallbladder is a rare congenital malformation associated with the development of cholelithiasis. It increases the risk of iatrogenic bile duct injury during cholecystectomy and can lead to symptom recurrence if missed. Although preoperative imaging is helpful, detection rates are around 50 %.

Introduction: The diagnosis of choledochal cysts in the adult population is complicated by the expected physiologic dilation of the common bile duct after cholecystectomy. We aimed to compare patients who underwent choledochal cyst resection based on cholecystectomy status.
Methods: A retrospective analysis was conducted of patients who underwent choledochal cyst resection between 1/1/1998-12/31/2021.

Objective: To compare the efficacy of robotic-assisted single-incision-plus-one-port laparoscopic choledochal cyst excision (R-SILC + 1) and single-incision laparoscopic choledochal cyst (SILC) in treating pediatric choledochal cyst (CDC).
Methods: We retrospectively analyzed the clinical data of patients diagnosed with CDC in our hospital from June 2021 to October 2023. Among them, patients underwent either R-SILC + 1 or SILC procedures.
Objective: To compare the effectiveness of abdominal ultrasound and magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) in diagnosing congenital choledochal cysts (CCC) in children.
Methods: This retrospective analysis included 186 pediatric cases diagnosed with CCC through abdominal ultrasound and MRI examinations at our hospital between July 15, 2015, and November 29, 2023. Inclusion and exclusion criteria were applied to ensure the study's objectivity.

Introduction: Total cyst excision and Roux-en-Y hepaticojejunostomy is the standard procedure for treating congenital choledochal cysts, which requires high surgical skills. Our aim is to introduce the experience with the SHURUI single-port robotic system in pediatric surgery.
Presentation Of Case: In this study, we present a case demonstrating the application of the SHURUI single-port robotic system in performing choledochal cyst excision and Roux-en-Y hepaticojejunostomy in a pediatric patients.
