Transbronchial lung cryobiopsy (TBCB) is a reliable method for obtaining histopathological findings in interstitial lung diseases. TBCB is traditionally performed during rigid bronchoscopy, positioning an endobronchial balloon blocker to facilitate bleeding management. Therefore, it can be challenging to implement in Centers without access to anesthesiologic support or dedicated beds for endoscopic procedures.

Purpose: To characterize the accuracy and consistency of fluoroscope dose index reporting and report rates of occupational radiation safety hardware availability and use, trainee participation in procedures, and optional hardware availability at pilot sites for the American College of Radiology (ACR) Fluoroscopy Dose Index Registry (DIR).
Materials And Methods: Nine institutions participated in the registry pilot, providing fluoroscopic technical and clinical practice data from 38 angiographic C-arm-type fluoroscopes. These data included measurements of the procedure table and mattress transmission factors and accuracy measurements of the reference-point air kerma (K) and air kerma-area product (P).

Objective: To assess the frequency and indications for use of oral water-soluble contrast challenge as a diagnostic test for small bowel obstruction in four regions of the USA.
Materials And Methods: We distributed a 9-question web-based survey to the abdominal section heads of academic radiology departments throughout the USA (N = 97). The questions pertained to use of water-soluble contrast for management of small bowel obstruction.

Background: The success of replantation following traumatic amputation is determined by the quality of the vascular anastomoses. The purpose of this study was to assess the vascularity of injured arteries from traumatically amputated digits using arteriographic and histopathological analysis.
Methods: 25 amputated digits were included in the study.
