The massive open access online course (MOOC) format is a broadly embraced strategy for widespread dissemination of trainings. Yet, barriers associated with technology access, language, and cultural context limit the use of MOOCs, particularly in lower-resource communities.

Background: To evaluate the association of demographic and clinicopathological characteristics with the survival of patients with testicular mixed teratoma and seminoma (TMTS).
Methods: The data of 3296 eligible patients with TMTS who underwent surgery between 2010 and 2015 were obtained from the Surveillance, Epidemiology, and End Results database. Overall survival (OS) and cancer-specific survival (CSS) were determined using the Kaplan-Meier survival curves.

Objective: To examine the diagnostic efficacy of contrast-enhanced ultrasound (CEUS) with Sonazoid (Sonazoid-CEUS) for endometrial lesions.
Methods: In this prospective and multicenter study, data were collected from 84 patients with endometrial lesions from 11 hospitals in China. All the patients received a conventional US and Sonazoid-CEUS examination.

Background: Dermatofibrosarcoma protuberans (DFSP) is a rare, low-grade fibrohistiocytic tumor with malignant potential. It is considered to have a high local recurrence rate due to the characteristic invasion of the finger-like lesion into the soft tissues.
Method: This retrospective study presents details of 20 DFSP patients with a history of surgery and a long follow-up period.

People with disabilities have recently been declared a population at increased risk of health disparities, and research has cited a lack of physician training as a cause of that increased risk. Prior studies demonstrate that physicians lack confidence in caring for people with disabilities, but there is little research on disability competency among medical students. This study assessed medical students' confidence in six disability-related competencies and tested for associations between perceived confidence and students' personal demographics and institutional characteristics.
